Program Statistics

Below you will find the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program statistics dashboard with data on:

  • Trends/features of member population,
  • Application & New enrollment trends,
  • Certification trends,
  • Medical utilization trends,
  • Pharmacy utilization trends, and
  • Member feedback/interactions

The data in this dashboard are compiled from internal sources and Program contractor systems that track information from enrollment applications, certifications, medical claims, and pharmacy claims. This dashboard is updated quarterly.

How to Use This Dashboard

  1. Along the bottom of the dashboard, there are arrows that you can click to navigate through the report. To scroll through the pages, click the forward and back arrows as needed. You may so click on the page number (e.g., 1 of 37) to view a list of pages in the report.
  2. The Table of Contents (on page 2) has a list of pages in the report. You may click on the page name within the Table of Contents to view a particular page.
  3. In order to return to the Table of Contents, click on the Table of Contents icon on the top right of the page you are viewing.
  4. To view the dashboard in full screen mode, click the double-sided arrow in the bottom right of the navigation pane for the dashboard, from there you can increase the zoom level as needed depending on the size of your screen. To exit full screen, you can right click then select “Exit Full Screen” or press the “ESC” key.
