CDC provides sexually transmitted infection (STI) resources and guidance for public health practitioners, physicians, clinicians, and other health professionals. Resources include:
- Clinical management courses
- Behavioral intervention training
- STI program staff courses
The STI clinical slides depict symptoms of sexually transmitted infections. The slides are for use by health care providers and health educators and are not suitable for all audiences.
STI picture cards are a combination of illustrations and graphic photos for use by Disease Intervention Specialists (DIS) and health professionals. These educational cards are for health professionals who work with individuals exposed to or at high risk of exposure to STIs.
