CDC/NIOSH is soliciting public comments (Request for Information ) on the scope of these two research funding announcements forecasted for FY2026. Comments, which must be received by November 22, 2024, are shared in Docket CDC-2024-0082 .

The following research funding opportunities are closed:

  • PAR-20-280 Cooperative Research Agreements Related to the World Trade Center Health Program (U01)

    The World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program has a sufficient mix of meritorious multi-year U01 research projects. Applications for 1-year research projects are not required at this time.

    With the closing of this NOFO, the December 10, 2024 receipt date is cancelled. No applications will be accepted for FY2025 funding consideration.

  • RFA-OH-22-004 World Trade Center Health Research related to WTC Survivors (U01-No Applications with Responders Accepted)
