We are pleased to announce that a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice was posted on October 22, 2025, for the World Trade Center Health Program - Comprehensive Cost Avoidance, Coordination of Benefits, and Recovery Program to SAM.gov . Responses are due on December 21, 2025.
This is a Request for Information and Sources Sought Notice. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 10, the following Notice is issued for Market Research purposes only. It is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. Release of this Notice should not be construed as a commitment to procure items or services or to incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. The purpose of this Notice is to identify sources capable of improving operational efficiency and controlling healthcare costs, without compromising quality of care, through the establishment of a comprehensive cost avoidance, coordination of benefits, and recovery program that spans pre- to post-payment processes.
Failure to respond to this RFI and Sources Sought Notice does not preclude an entity’s participation in this procurement in the event a solicitation is later released.
