mPINC™ Survey Instrument

The 2026 mPINC survey will include all hospitals in U.S. states and territories that provide maternity care services. CDC's contractor, Abt Global, begins survey administration by emailing or calling each hospital that participated in the previous mPINC survey. Abt Global uses the email address or phone number of the person who submitted the previous survey. If you would like to update the mPINC survey point of contact at your hospital, please email the business contact information for this person – including name, phone number, and hospital name and address – to mPINC@cdc.gov. The survey will be online only.
