Participation is strongly encouraged but not required to apply for this funding opportunity. Potential applicants can send questions about the NOFO and application process to HRBNOFO@cdc.gov. In addition to their questions, applicants should provide their organization name, phone number and an e-mail address for a response. CDC staff will respond to all questions within three business days. As appropriate, questions and CDC responses will be posted to the NOFO website accessible to all potential applicants. Submission of questions about the NOFO will close at 5:00p ET on July 1, 2022. Please note: all technical questions regarding application submission should be directed to the Grants.gov Support Line at 1-800-518-4726, support@grants.gov.
