• Gain administrative buy-in.
• Work toward team representation, cohesion, and commitment.
• Maintain a clear, organized, and well-facilitated process.
• Start with small, achievable goals.
• Highlight and build on successes.

You may use the School Health Improvement Plan to present a summary of your findings. Stress that low module scores are opportunities for improvement, not a poor reflection of your school, and should not be used for punitive measures.

Monitoring progress annually will ensure that students' health remains high on the school agenda.
