Dynamic Footnotes

At a glance

Dynamic footnotes can be added to a dashboard element so they change as the filtered data changes.

Usage

As of September 2024, dynamic footnotes only function properly on the Table component of dashboards.

It is important that your footnote data file is formatted correctly. You will need columns for the symbol, the text, and the order. Additionally, you need to ensure that you have a column that matches the filter values exactly. This includes capitalization and spacing.

To use dynamic footnotes, click "Add Footnotes" under the card for your table component.
