This table reports the number of cases of tuberculosis (TB) disease by origin of birth and U.S. reporting area in 2024.

Key Highlights

  • Consistent with national findings, most states reported a majority of their TB cases occurring among non-U.S.–born persons in 2024.
  • Six states (Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Mississippi, Montana, and Oklahoma) reported majority of their TB cases among U.S.-born persons.
