The map in the upper left corner depicts quintiles of subdistrict-level small area estimated diabetes prevalence for USVI adults aged 18 years or older. The lowest estimated diabetes prevalence was for Water Island and East End (St. John) subdistricts. The highest estimated diabetes prevalence was for West End (St. Thomas) and Tutu (St. Thomas) subdistricts. The subdistrict-level small area estimated diabetes prevalence and 95% CIs are presented on the right, ranked from lowest to highest prevalence and colored by district. The bottom left corner of the figure indicates the geographic location of USVI in relation to the US Southeast and other Caribbean islands.
