Stage 1 (extract, transform, load [ETL] validation) took a median (range) of 1.9 (0.5–10.0) months, or 13% of total time; 5 sites participated. Stage 2 (data characterization validation) took a median (range) of 0.7 (0.4–1.4) months, or 5% of total time; 5 sites participated. Stage 3 (algorithm validation [hypertension only]) took a median (range) of 9.7 (0.3–13.0) months, or 65% of total time; 5 sites participated.
