The National Electronic Health Records Survey (NEHRS) publishes study results and data analysis in a variety of formats. These include National Center for Health Statistics reports, web tables, and MMWR QuickStats.

88.2% EHR adoption‎

The 2021 NEHRS found that 88.2% of U.S. office-based physicians had adopted electronic health records systems, with 77.8% using a certified EHR system.
