Summary and Wrap-Up
PD101: The Basics introduced the six Professional Development Practices. We explored how sustaining a PD infrastructure builds capacity and how PD Practices allow you to design instructionally sound offerings. We discussed how to promote your PD offerings. We presented some delivery tips to provide effective offerings and reviewed the importance of follow-up efforts and evaluation to allow for continuous improvement.
