H7N9 Pandemic Flu Vaccine

While a pandemic virus vaccine is being developed, CDC will release stockpiled H7N9 vaccine to be used as a priming dose. CDC will prioritize making stockpiled H7N9 vaccine available to those at high risk of complications from influenza and critical workforce groups. Data from safety and immunogenicity studies of stockpiled 2013 H7N9 vaccines have been reviewed by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).
