- The EEP application for students opens each spring for rotations starting the following January and March. Late application will not be accepted.
- Students must be available for at least one of the available rotation periods in its entirety. Students must attend an in-person orientation in Atlanta, Georgia at the start of their rotation.

Application Timeline for 2026 Rotations
Tentative 2026 Rotations
Students must be available during one of the set rotation dates and complete their assigned rotation in its entirety. Requests for date changes and exceptions will not be considered. Students are allowed two days of excused absence with program approval. When applying, you should select your availability for each of the set rotation periods.
Students must attend the mandatory in-person orientation at CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia during the first three days of the rotation. Costs associated with orientation are covered by CDC for students placed in non-Atlanta sites.
