About AMP

AMP was created for use by cooperative agreement recipients, project officers, and program leaders. Through AMP, users can:

  • Access resources.
  • Request technical assistance.
  • Connect across their program(s).
  • Participate in peer-to-peer discussions.
  • Report on required deliverables.

An AMP community website is set up for each cooperative agreement. Prior approval is required to access any of the sites. Please contact your project officer or program leadership to request access. As a CDC security requirement, CDC users must log in using their agency-issued Smart Card.
