About
- Surveys among U.S. adults and parents and guardians of children ages 6 months and older on COVID-19 vaccine uptake, intent to be vaccinated, and knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to COVID-19 vaccination.
Where the information comes from
IPSOS KnowledgePanel
This is an online probability-based survey of adult members ages 18 or older of KnowledgePanel, an online panel recruited using address-based sampling methodology and representative of the adult U.S. population.
National Immunization Survey-Adult COVID Module (NIS-ACM)
The NIS-ACM is a random-digit dial telephone survey of U.S. adults to monitor COVID-19 vaccination uptake and confidence in vaccination at the national and state levels. See the National Immunization Surveys (NIS) for more information.
National Immunization Survey-Child COVID Module (NIS-CCM)
The NIS-CCM was a random-digit dial telephone survey of U.S. parents and guardians of age-eligible children to assess COVID-19 vaccination coverage at the national level. Data collection for the NIS-CCM was discontinued on December 31, 2023. Selected questions about COVID vaccination and intent were added to the NIS-Child Influenza Module, beginning January 2, 2024. See the National Immunization Surveys (NIS) for more information.
NORC AmeriSpeak
Online survey of adult members of the NORC AmeriSpeak Panel, an online panel representative of the entire U.S. population. The AmeriSpeak panel uses area probability sampling and includes additional coverage of hard-to-survey population segments such as rural and low-income households that are underrepresented in surveys relying on address-based sampling.
U.S. Census Household Pulse Survey
The Household Pulse Survey is an online survey studying how the coronavirus pandemic is impacting households across the country from a social and economic perspective. The survey asks questions about how education, employment, food security, health, housing, social security benefits, household spending, consumer spending associated with stimulus payments, intention to receive a COVID-19 vaccination, and transportation have been affected by the ongoing crisis.
