State-level screening rates (panel A) were classified as high (screening rates ranging from 69.6 to 76.6 [>66th percentile]), medium (screening rates ranging from 65.9 to 69.5 [34th to 66th percentile]), or low (screening rates ranging from 56.5 to 65.8 [<34th percentile]). Grantee populations eligible for screening (panel B) were analyzed based on percentiles (small, <34th; medium, 34th–66th; large, >66th percentile) for those eligible but not screened.
