Campaign Resources for American Indian and Alaska Native Communities

The resources on this page have been developed for American Indian and Alaska Native people who are pregnant and postpartum, their support networks, and the healthcare professionals who serve them.

We are grateful to the women who have shared their stories through the Hear Her campaign, and to their families and communities, who welcomed the campaign team into their homes and communities. We are also grateful for the American Indian creative, marketing, and photography experts who contributed to this campaign.

Help spread the message by downloading campaign materials and sharing through your networks. If you have questions about using these materials, contact the Division of Reproductive Health at HearHer@cdc.gov.

This project is supported through a partnership and funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Minority Health; as well as partnership with the CDC Foundation, with support from Merck through its Merck for Mothers Program.
