COVID-19 Vaccine Emergency Use Instructions (EUI) Resources

CDC issued initial Emergency Use Instructions (EUI) for the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine on November 17, 2021, and another EUI for the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine on February 11, 2022.

New EUI for these vaccines were issued October 29, 2024. EUI provide information about emergency use of FDA-approved medical products that may not be included in or differ in some way from the information provided in the FDA-approved labeling (package insert).
