Interferon-gamma release assays (IGRAs) are TB blood tests that measure a person’s immune reactivity to M. tuberculosis.

There are two TB blood tests available in the United States:      

• QuantiFERON®-TB Gold Plus (QFT-Plus)
• T-SPOT®.TB (T-Spot)
