At the conclusion of the session, the participant will be able to

  2. Describe basic radiation concepts and how they affect communication during radiation emergencies
  3. Identify one radiation myth that could result in confusing communication messages during a radiation emergency
  4. Describe one lesson learned from radiation communication research
  5. Identify 1–2 CDC resources that can help assure clear messaging in a radiation emergency
  6. Describe one way that this educational activity will improve my contribution as a team member
