Overview
Long-term care facilities (LTCF) report COVID-19 data to CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN), including weekly vaccination data for residents and healthcare personnel (HCP).
This page displays RP data among residents and staff of CMS-certified nursing homes. These national and state-level summaries represent data from approximately 15,000 nursing homes that report to NHSN.
CDC updates the displays on this page weekly on Thursdays by 8:00 am ET. As a result, the figures presented on this page may not exactly match data publicly posted by state health departments, CMS, or other federally coordinated programs.
IMPORTANT: Data displayed on this page were submitted directly to CDC’s National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) and do not include data submitted to other entities contracted by or within the local, state, or federal government.
