Revision.
In 2004, lung cancer was the leading cause of death from cancer both for men (31.3% of all cancer
deaths among men) and women (25.6% of all cancer deaths among women). The second leading cause
for women was breast cancer (15.3%) and for men was prostate cancer (10.1%). Colon cancer was the
third leading cause of death from cancer both for men (9.4%) and women (10.1%).
