On page 17, the second subhead should read, "Adolescents and Adults (Aged >11 Years)." In Table 11 on page 26, the first sentence of the footnote should read, "HIV-infected children should receive IG after exposure to measles and can receive varicella and measles vaccine if CD4+ lymphocyte count is >15%." In the first paragraph on page 29, line 17 should read, ". . . either >2 mg/kg of body weight or 20 mg/day of prednisone . . ."
