On page 1213, under "Indications and Usage," No. 1, the last sentence should read: MMRV vaccine can reduce the number of injections when administered to children aged 12 months--12 years for whom 1) the first doses of MMR and varicella vaccines are indicated and 2) the second dose of MMR and either the first or second dose (e.g., during a varicella outbreak) of varicella vaccine are indicated.
