Hepatitis E Virus (HEV) Ribonucleic Acid (RNA) by Real Time quantitative Real Time Polymerase Chain Reaction (qRT-PCR), HEV Genotyping, Immunoglobulin G (IgG) Anti-HEV by ELISA, Immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibody to hepatitis E virus (anti-HEV) by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA)
