What to know
Below find information on how grant recipients can make changes to their budgets or other aspects of their approved applications.
Making Post-Award Changes
CDC anticipates that recipients may need to make post-award changes to their award budgets or other aspects of their approved applications in order to accomplish programmatic objectives. Some of the activities that may require prior approval could be a change in scope, change of institution, or change in key personnel.
Notify your Grants Management Specialist (GMS) and Project Officer (PO) should there be a proposed change to your grant that is different from your project proposal and negotiations. You can find your GMS and PO by referencing your Notice of Award (NoA). All post award amendment requests should be done in GrantSolutions. Failure to obtain required prior approval may result in the disallowance of costs, termination of the award, or other enforcement action within CDC's authority.
