Overview

The Consortium for Data Modernization is a group of public health partners that includes:

  • Public health associations
  • State, tribal, local and territorial (STLT) representatives
  • Industry
  • Academia
  • Community-based organizations

Consortium Parameters ‎

This group meets to share individual perspectives and experiences, not to attain group consensus or advice.

The Consortium for Data Modernization exists to:

  • Share priorities and strategies for modernizing public health data and surveillance
  • Identify challenges that delay data modernization efforts and discuss solutions.
  • Gather diverse subject matter experts to suggest new approaches
  • Stay updated about ongoing and future data modernization priorities.

The Consortium is facilitated by CDC and ASTP.

Meetings are scheduled as needed and participants are invited based on discussion topics. Executive summaries of participants' individual perspectives will be posted on this webpage following the meetings.
