Dr. Archie also serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Nursing Care Force, LLC, a home health care agency, and the founder of the Kalamazoo-Muskegon Michigan National Black Nurses Association. The association is a professional nursing organization working to eliminate health disparities and promote health equity among minority communities. As a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, Dr. Archie has experience spanning several clinical laboratory specialties, including microbiology, chemistry, and genetics; and is accustomed to using laboratory testing results to make critical decisions for patient care interventions. She is the author of the “Medication Adherence Algorithm,” which is being used by nurses to facilitate medication adherence with patients and clients in clinical practice. Her speaking engagements and publications focus on improving the quality of life of people through the facilitation of medication adherence.
