The Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP), located in Pueblo County, Colorado, completed destruction of all of the chemical weapons stockpile at the Pueblo Chemical Depot. PCAPP is now undergoing decontamination and decommissioning in preparation for closure of the site.
