The Blue Grass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP), located in Madison County, Kentucky, completed destruction of all of the chemical weapons stockpile at the Blue Grass Chemical Depot. BGCAPP is now undergoing decontamination and decommissioning in preparation for closure of the site.
