In the MMWR Recommendations and Reports, "Treatment of Tuberculosis: American Thoracic Society, CDC, and Infectious Diseases Society of America," two errors occurred. In Table 3 (pages 4--5), the subheading of the second column
under "Doses" should read, "1x/wk." On page 25, column 2, in section 3.2.1 Cycloserine, the adult dosage should read, "Serum concentration measurements aiming for a peak concentration of 20--35 mg/l are often useful in determining the
optimum dose for a given patient."
