Parents' Guide to Childhood Immunizations
The Parents' Guide to Childhood Immunizations is a 68-page booklet introducing parents to the 14 childhood diseases and the 10 vaccines that can protect children from them.

The next version is expected to be released late Spring 2010.
Two ways for you to get a copy:
-
Order a free booklet from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD). This printed bound version features children's drawings.
NOTE: The guide is being revised. Once the new version is finished, we hope to have hard copies available. The guide will be listed on the order form when it becomes available.
-
Print your own copy from links on this page. The online version of the booklet contains the text only, in pdf format.
WARNING: Because the guide is being revised, you might not want to print out multiple copies at this point. Check back in April to see if the new version is available.
