CDC-Funded States
The CDC provides $3.8 million annually in cooperative agreement funding to 12
states and the Republic of Palau to strengthen their oral health programs and
reduce inequalities in the oral health of their residents. This page describes
project implementation.

State Oral Health Plans
Participating states have provided their state oral health plans to CDC to
help other states with their plan development process.
