The Long-Term Care list provides a mechanism for dissemination of information regarding the National Nursing Home Survey (NNHS) and the National Home and Hospice Care Survey (NHHCS) activities, products, and release dates.

How to Subscribe to the Long-Term Care List

Subscribe using one of the following two options:

1. Send an email message to listserv@cdc.gov. Leave the subject line blank. In the body of the message, type or paste: subscribe Long-Term_Care your name where 'your name' is your first and last name.

   Example subscription for Ernest Jones:

   

2. Fill out and submit a subscription request form through the NCHS listservs webpage. You should receive an email notification of your subscription.
