Part 4 discusses staging, surgical codes for abstracting, and treatment. Part 5 discusses follow-up of colorectal patients and outcomes measures. Part 6 discusses quality assurance, making sure that data input into the registry is accurate and timely, and that data and information extracted from the registry is accurate and relevant.
