Screen for Life Colorectal Cancer Screening Demonstration Program Funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

CDC's Screen for Life: National Colorectal Cancer Action Campaign informs men and women aged 50 years and older about the importance of having regular colorectal cancer screening tests. The campaign has created a variety of materials in English and Spanish, including fact sheets, brochures, posters, and print public service announcements (PSAs), as well as television and radio PSAs.

All 50 states, two tribal organizations, and the District of Columbia are Screen for Life partners, using campaign messages and materials to increase awareness at the community level about the need for colorectal cancer screening. The campaign also has tailored campaign materials for the colorectal cancer screening demonstration program sites and created a design element for use by CDC and the program sites.
